Dear Potential 2017 Vendors;

If you were with us last year, we would like to take this opportunity to thank you for participating in the 2016 Bloomfield Apple Festival.  If you are new to our festival, we want to welcome you.
Below you will find a copy of the 2017 Bloomfield Apple Festival Vendor Contract.
There are no substantial changes in the contract this year.  However, there are a few items that you should be aware of for the 2017 festival:
•All vendors must have a working fire extinguisher inside their booth or trailer.  This is a demand of the Indiana State Fire Marshal’s Office, and we must comply.
•No pets will be allowed in the park except for the Pet Parade. 
•Vehicles in the park:  There will be absolutely no private or commercial vehicles allowed in the park at any time.  The Apple Festival will provide some assistance with loading and unloading, and will have dollies available for your use during these times.
•Vendors must stay within their vendor sites except for space for their customers to eat.
•Vendors needing electricity should use a minimum of 12 gauge extension cord.
Please take a few minutes to review the contract.  To ensure your space at the 2017 Bloomfield Apple Festival, you must return the completed and signed contract, and send it, along with the appropriate fees to the below address.
